About

I’m Hannah, a 25 year old LLB and LPC MSc Graduate.

I have ME/CFS, Chronic Migraine, Fibromyalgia, H-EDS, IBS, Endometriosis, a Neurogenic Bladder, PPPD and FND. And a few other things linked to these diagnoses. I’m a recovered anorexic and experience anxiety and depression. It is also highly suspected that I am on the Autism Spectrum. I am currently waiting for an assessment.

Climbing means the world to me, even when I can’t due to health. I absolutely love it! It’s fair to say at times when my body and other priorities mean I can’t do much climbing, like now I do like to live vicariously through climbing videos on Instagram and TikTok.

I am currently unable to work due to ill health and lost my dream job because of a chronic migraine flare/suspected CSF leak. Again NHS waiting lists are really my downfall. I currently volunteer for The LUNA Project and Migraine World Summit. I am also signed up to Mind’s lived experience newsletter so will sometimes do a bit of work for them!

On this blog I write about all manner of things but predominantly about life with a range of disabilities! Disability is something that needs more understanding and awareness and I find writing about it therapeutic.

I am on Instagram at @chronicallyhanreads and Tiktok @Chronicallyhan if you want to know more about my life and what I’m up to!
